Signature Breads

Our best selling breads are all based on our milk bread dough. All of our doughs are naturally leavened and enriched with milk, eggs, and butter (with the exception of our vegan doughs which are enriched with plant based alternatives).

Milk bread is a Japanese dough used in many Japanese pastries. Marissa grew up with store bought milk bread being used to make French toast for Sunday breakfast. They are also the bread used to make her favorite Japanese pastry, cream buns. 

Many recipes were tested when figuring out our milk bread recipe. In the end, our recipe was derived from Chuah Chiew See of Autumn Baking and became our own with some slight alterations to the amounts of the ingredients.

Ordering

All breads require a minimum of 24 hours notice because of the time to proof and shape the bread.

*48 hours is preferred*
